The trip will be conducted in compliance with the current regulations.
Each participant is responsible for obtaining their own visa.
Rooms will be shared.
The reservation is only confirmed upon payment of 100%. Until the reservation is finalized, your spot may be taken by someone else.
The cancellation policy for your reservation, regardless of the reason, is as follows:
4 months or more before the departure date: 100% refund of your registration fee
Between 1 and 4 months before departure: 50% refund of your registration fee
Less than one month before departure: No refund is possible, but you can transfer your spot to another person.
