1. The Good Coach by Sports Corporate Geneva is the company name of Antoine Caute’s independant activity.
2. The good coach organize leisures and sports activities (dance classes, sports, wellness, martial arts, massages, workshop…)
3. All activities are taught by certified instructors.
4a. For private coaching, a class can be postpone by the participant at least 24 hours before the begining of the activity. If the cancellation is done by the participant less than 24 hours before the begining of the activity, the credit will be lost and no refund will be appliable.
4b. Group activities will apply sanitary measure.
In case of unavailability more than 7 days before the starting day, we will propose you to postpone your registration to the next weekend organized.
Cancellation, in case of health problem is possible up to 7 days before the weekend.
Group activities are subject to a minimum number of participants. If this minimum is not reached, your registration may be postponed or fully refunded.
5. Once “pack of credit” is bought, this credit can be use for any activities offered within the company The Good Coach by Sports Corpororate.
6. Take part of an activity is only possible if an online booking and payment have been done through our online booking system. We do not offer free trial.
7. Cash payment to trainers / instructors is not allowed.
8. All rates on our website are in Swiss Franc (CHF) taxes included
9. Any reclamation can be sent by email at contact@thegoodcoach.ch
10. We do not keep any bank details on our booking system. Only our online payment partner Stripe have access to them.
